CGA celebrated the Bible Knowledge Contest on January 23, 2024, a day that offers deep reflection on faith and understanding in Bible knowledge. This event demonstrates the school’s steadfast dedication to both academic success and spiritual enrichment. The competition was eagerly entered by all of the CGA students, and it is overseen by primary and secondary school teachers. The contest aims to promote a deeper connection with the Bible, foster spiritual growth, and encourage the exploration of cultural, historical, and ethical dimensions embedded in the scriptures.

All of the students received an explanation of the timetable and guidelines before the event began. It was also told to the students that they would be participating in a range of activities, such as written examinations, crossword puzzles, riddles, and group competitions that might include cooperative projects or quiz games related to biblical knowledge. There are individual and group competitions in this contest. From 7:30 to 8:30 AM, primary school students participate in individual activities where they do puzzles and crosswords. While Students in secondary are taking a written exam. It was for an intense examination of faith and understanding, focusing on the deeper implications found in biblical teachings.

The second game was designed for group contests that run from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m., with each grade level participating in activities like memorizing puzzles, quiz games, and Bible memorization. This encourages unity through shared faith and gives children the opportunity to form long-lasting friendships.

The next agenda was a worship session together. All teachers and students gather together for praise and worship. The sermon is based on this year’s topic “har.ma.tai” from Romans 3:23 “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God”.

The last and most anticipated moment is the announcement of the contest winners and awards. Prizes for the winners include a certificate, T-shirt, book, bibble, book narrative, and merit. Every reward is divided based on category.
