The entrance ceremony began with a short praise and worship session and a spiritual sharing led by the CGA director. This was followed by a warm welcome from the principal to all family members. The principal excitedly announced that this academic year, CGA would embrace a more multicultural educational environment, as it has welcomed students from countries such as China, Japan, and Korea. The principal expressed confidence that this multicultural addition would positively impact the academic excellence of both teachers and students. The school also believes that CGA will continue to grow in both student numbers and educational quality.
The school librarian also recognized the best members of the library. Lilyan Ang from grade 4 and Sheryl Alessa Ton from grade 12 were announced as the winners of this prestigious award. The top members received a certificate of appreciation, and their names were added to the honor roll of the school’s best library members. Each winner was also awarded a book voucher worth IDR 300,000, which can be used to purchase books of their choice from the school library. The school hopes that all students will continue to make the best use of the library and develop their interest in studying.
